RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are highly committed to making sure you receive your order in pristine condition. If your order is damaged we ask that you contact us immediately - click here. All items are FINAL SALE unless damaged in transit.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If you received a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items that are reported to us within 48 hours of order or delivery. Please await confirmation and notification before returning item.
Remember that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches. They may have minor variations batch to batch. (i.e. slight changes in color). Also, please see our FAQs section for additional information.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned item shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. When returning items to us, please include your order receipt and allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return, replacement or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the item has been processed.
In addition, we will need photos of the item(s), the shipping box and labels. Upload photos to: email@example.com. We are happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 15 days of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the timeframe noted by your creditor.
A $6.95 re-shipping fee will be assessed to all shipments that are returned because of failure to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed/mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
